The Distance Between brings together selections from three bodies of work: Held in Bone, Immanence, and Dignity. Each began separately, but bringing them together revealed connections I had not fully seen before.

These portraits move between what can be seen and what remains unknowable in another person. Some are direct, others obscured or fragmented, but all come back to human presence and to what an image can never fully reveal.
